How can I return my merchandise?

R: Reimbursements generated by returns are accepted within 10 days of the delivery date. Returned products should not be used, must not have stains or have been watched, must still have all the protective plastic stickers, i.e., they must be in the condition in which they were received and in their original packaging. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. In the event of reimbursement, you only have to send us your new article within 10 days of the delivery date.

Keep in mind that products that have been marked down in any way are considered final sales and are not suitable for exchanges or for reimbursements.

Can I exchange my merchandise?

R: Yes. Exchanges are accepted up to 30 DAYS AFTER THE DELIVERY DATE. Returned products must not have been used, they must not have stains or have been washed, all the protective plastic stickers must still be in place, i.e., in the condition in which they were received and in their original packaging.

If you want to make an exchange, you only have to send us back the article within 30 days of its delivery date. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Remember that any products that have been marked down are considered final sales and are not suitable for exchanging or for reimbursements.
