Exchanges and returns

In the event garments have factory defects, you have up to 5 days after receiving them to write to e-mail info@cositalindabeach.com submitting a claim and attaching the corresponding photographs as proof of the defects found.

If garments evince bad quality after their first use, you must also attach the corresponding photographs, and tell us about the way you have handled the garment when using or washing it.

Cosita Linda will have 5 days to respond and let you know the steps you should follow. You will have up to one month, after receiving an answer from Cosita Linda, to return the garment and exchange it for another reference of the same or a greater price. Keep in mind that all costs and expenses for returns and exchanges are at the buyer’s expense and that Cosita Linda will not be liable for articles that are lost or damaged during return transportation.

Products that apply for return due to factory defects must not have been used, must be in a good condition, without stains or washing processes, and with all sales tags and hygiene protectors, i.e., in the conditions they were received, in their original packaging. Cosita Linda reserves the right to reject any return if, once the garments are received and reviewed, it finds any anomaly related to the previous requirements.

Exchanges will be processed up to 3 business days after the exchange is approved.

Articles for exchange will be sent once the returned products have been received, reviewed and approved.

Clearance or marked down garments are considered final sales and may not be exchanged. Any clearance or marked down garments returned to Cosita Linda will be returned to the customer, who must pay shipping costs.
